Q: What kind of payments are accepted at Collectibles Toys?
A: We prefers payments with PayPal, credit cards, money order, and cashier's check. If you want to pay with money order/cashier's check, mail the money order or cashier's check to the following address:

Q: How do buyer verify the total cost of items and S&H?
A: Collectibles toy will confirms you the total costs (including item cost, sales taxes, and S&H charge) through email again once customer checked out.

Q: What is your shipping & handling policy?
A: We ships Worldwide. We use USPS or Fedex depending on the weight and region. We prefer office address because there are more chances of delivery by Fedex which guarantees the delvery date and provides signature service.
Tracking number will be informed after we send your order package, except APO and FPO.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Collectibles Toy offers shipping to all states within U.S.(except P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii) and worldwide.
The shipping costs for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and international order is calculated individually.

Our standard shipping options are USPS Priority mail and Fedex Ground.

Q: Do buyer need to pay sales tax?
A: Collectibles Toy charges sales tax 8.25% on all purchases that to be shipped to the addresses located in California.

Q: What is the customs policies for foreign country?
A: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
